Just an update on my seat swap. I got seats from a '99 Cherokee 2 door that were still the old design. The driver's seat had been changed already with one from a 4-door with fabric sides so IDK what year that was from, but the plastic side from my WJ seat fit right on.

I have driven 3 days now with them and they are the same height as the WJ seats only harder and less compressible. My hips don't feel sore any more either.

Thanks to you guys for the help with figuring out the nuts and bolts of the swap. I'm very satisfied with the results. Now I just need a good set of covers for color match.
