Default Wrong battery

Can the wrong battery cause all kinds of weird problems? My battery is charged at 12.65 volts but I can't get anything except a dim dome light, no door beep no headlights...
2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee just bought 2 months ago everything worked great to just this week.
thank you for any ideas

did you clean the terminals before installing the battery. Did you try cleaning them and the clamps now. can be a loose.connection. Bad grounds or dead cell in battery. Have you cleaned all the grounds and make sure they on clean metal on the jeep.

Yep tried all of those things, going to get a load test on the battery and see if it is just weak. It's just strange the way nothing works now.

I love dead cells. I do generator maintenances. People never believe me when I say a bad cell is the issue with the generator not starting. "but it's only 2 years old." I pop on a new battery and it starts right up.
