Default Worth it?

Looking to get the build up going on my ZJ soon, just crossed the dark side from yota buggies to Jeep. Rough Country offers the short arm and long arm kits for it. I do hot rods for a living so have many projects and trying to budget the build out. What is the major pros and cons of going with the short arm x-flex kit over the long arm kit. They are about a 600 dollar difference. Feedback appreciated. Thanks folks. And I am looking at the 4inch.

No cons for the longer arm system. Better ride and performance, totally worth the extra money.

The long arms are well worth the money and perform great, you will get great flex too, along with good on-road performance, BUT depending on what you plan on doing for wheeling I.E family camping rig, beginner- intemidiate trails then you could go with the short arm, it will still ride good, and it will provide you with what you need, and if your on a budget it gives you that $600 to spend on something else, i used to have my heart set on the 4" long arm from RC that you are looking at, until i actually thought about where i would wheel and how often i would be able to go out and i decided that the 3" kit would be just fine, and save me almost $1000 that i probably never would have had anyway haha

Going with the 4inch Long Arm arm on this one, and will have another more built rig to play with as well. Picking up a XJ tomorrow with long arms, 35s, back half'd, custom bumpers, and a lot more other goodies!
