Roommate ran out of gas. We put 4-5 gallons in. Cranks but won't start. Like not getting fuel. Googled it. Suggested replacing fuel pump relay. Done. Still cranking but no start. Help.

How many times have you cycled the key now? It takes about 6-7 times before it will fill to the injectors from an empty event. What does the gauge say? Is it
out or you are just figuring on this?

Have you tried spraying fuel into the air intake?
This happened with my Chevy truck and it took quite a long time running on manual prime for the pump to pick it up from the tank.

Guessing a dead fuel pump. When you turn the key to on it should run for a couple seconds. Have someone listen at the tank, it should be audible.
