Saw a few YT vids on cutting a small portion of the dash out, removing a few brackets and having instant access to the heater core. Job only takes 20 min once you have access.

Was hoping someone here has done this job before and can lay down some pointers. Thanks.

 

This actually seems like more work than doing it properly and that is probably going to rattle.
