WK chokes on stops

WK chokes on stops
My GC for some reason chokes while at like stop lights and stop signs. Doesnt do it all the time. And I dont think my accelerating has declined any. Anyone have any idea whats wrong or what I should check out? I checked the air filter and that was clean.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Some people will say to remove it and clean it, it craps out a week later. Just replace it and be done with it.
