WJ Grand Cherokee 2000 Urgent Coolant problem
My Grand Cherokee has recently developed a problem with the cooling system. After just a short trip the top hose is empty of water (it has collapsed twice as if sucked dry?) and the water appears to be going into the overflow bottle. After checking, and removing the Radiator cap and bleed screw that shows the water down (or empty in the case of the top hose) and transferring the excess water from the o/f bottle back into the system I have bled it and as expected lots of air came out, i have the refitted the bleed screw etc, driven again and the same thing happens! The hose and thermostat were replaced a couple of weeks ago when this started but no improvement. The radiator was replaced during the middle of last year but appeared to run ok after for 10 months. Any ideas what the issue could be and how to fix it .... any help would be very welcome Thanks.
