Default WJ Front control arm noise.

A few of the bushings in my front control arms on my 04 started to crack. So I figured I'd just go all out, replace all 4 front control arms. I ordered a set of adjustable control arms off ironrockoffroad.com. Since the install I get loud banging and clunking in my front end when I hit bumps and I tightened them myself with an impact gun and double checked them after hearing the noise. Nothing seems loose to me.... Can it be the fact that the new control arms have all solid bushings and the stocks had a few of those half moonish floating type bushings? I expected a little stiffer of a ride but not a loud bang or thump when hitting everyday bumps. It's not like I'm doin 50 over whoops. This is my commuter rig!!!

04 WJ Overland, all stock except new loud *** control arms

Shop that did my alignment left something loose. Caster was also off by half inch positive. Went back, yelled at them, all is good now
