My service 4 wheel drive switch is coming on at the read out panel in my Jeep..I bought a new switch, need to try it and see if it fixes the problem...
I have a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis Limited 4x4...
I need to know where to look so I can replace the switch...
Does anyone know or have u replaced one?
If the switch don't work what should I do next?
Thanks, I'm new to the Jeep and learning all I can...

switch is on the top of the t-case,but just about everytime i've heard of somebody having this problem it's not the actual switch it's usually the VIC or a bad ground/corroded wire issue. The switch is only there to tell the VIC what range it's in. just try resetting the computer first mabe you'll get lucky
