Default Where does this hose go to (engine bay to lower bottom of truck) 4.7
Was trying to fix my major misfire/stalling issue and saw this hose will looking around. Where does this thing go to in the engine bay?

Differential breather hose. Missing the plastic screen/filter up top. Leave it be.
