Default Wheel Spacer Question

2 inch budget boost with 245 75s on stock 16 inch rims. My exhaust was rubbing my rear passenger tire so I put on spidertrax spacers. The question is, can I just put them on the rear temporarily or is that dangerous? Reason I'm asking is bc i put them on all 4, but now one of the threads on the front right side of the spacer is stripped and my lug nut will not go on. Obviously I can't drive it missing 1 lug nut, so can I remove the front 2 spacers and drive it for a few days until my replacement arrives? Or is it too dangerous?

as long as they're torqued down, go nuts.

it wont screw the geometry up or anything? I have a 3 month old that is in the backseat so i refuse to drive it if it's unsafe but would like to if I can.

it won't do anything to the geometry in any way.
just be sure the spacers and lugs are in good shape and properly torqued in proper sequence and not over torqued. 100 lb/ft is all you need.
those spacers are most likely aluminum, so be sure to re-torque after about a week or 500 miles. re-torque the wheels in another 500 miles after that if they are alloy rims.

BlueXJ2, Caged's advice is solid, follow the retorque proceedure whenever servicing wheels.

Front or rear only, without an issue.
Front geometry is affected by spacers, mathematically the scrub radius is changed, however it is not something that a 1 to 1.5" spacer would cause you to feel.
Technically the geometry is changed, on the real world drive, no effect.
On tire and shock life, a minor affect.
So spacer one end or both, and carry on, no problem.
