Wheel noise

Wheel noise
I have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cylinder. I'm noticing a noise while driving over 35 mph. Sounds like a low volume knocking, and maybe even a rub. There is a tear on the CV joint boot. Anyone have any ideas what the problem is???
