Default What is this sound???

My jeep has been making this sound for a while now. I think I need to put in new suspension(I kind of want it to be the suspensions so I can lift it). Here is a video of what it sounds like, this isn't a jeep but this is the exact sound I get.

Yup, suspension bushings. What Jeep do you have?

That is the sway bar frame mount bushings making noise. Loosen the sway bar links and remove the frame mount bushings, put some grease inside the bushing where the bar rides and bolt everything back up, the noise should be gone.

I think I'm going to do the lift anyway, so I'll replace all the bushings when I do that. Thanks for the help.
