Default what mod MUST i do to safely use a 3.75" lift on a 93 ZJ?

OOOOk so. Ive researched and researched but have found to menny mixed anwsers!
I know i can get away with a 3" lift with out having to change much of anything. I was gonna replace the spring insulators when the springs are out but the cost of stock ones, $30 each, its kind of a high price to pay.
I priced out some .75" insulators from energy and for all four it's only $70, So im saving around $50 going with .75 insulators.

I alredy have BDS 3" springs and BDS shocks to match the springs. can i safly run the shocks I got or should I get longer ones and do I have to change my control arms and track bars to be able to run this lift?

Thanks inadvance.

Stock track bars and control arms will work and be safe at 3.75". New adjustable Lowers control arms and trackbars will make things work, better.

Im looking into fabing up new front and rear adjustable control arms and all that good stuff. But as with anything, one step at a time.
