i have a 98 jeep grand cherokee limited 5.9
in want to put new shocks but dont have a clue

This only needs to be posted once.

The Up Country Suspension Group was an optional package that included 1" taller springs, really nice gas shocks, plus the skid plate package, covering the steering, transfer case and the fuel tank.

There was also a small decal on the interior glass by the spare tire indicating this option.

 

Here are my factory-installed Up Country springs and shocks, repainted by me from the stock black and blue, respectively, to red.
