Default what 2" spacer lift to go with 99-04

I just got a 1999 Grand Cherokee and want to go with a nice cheap 2" spacer lift kit and wanted to know which one i should go with?
Also should i get the kit with the new upgraded shocks as well?
And what size tires will i be able to fit under my Jeep once the kit is on?
Thanks for any help

actually not positive i just bought the jeep today and i think the guy said they were fairly new but not sure im going to check everything out tomorrow.

i was looking on fat bobs garage and found this kit with new coils instead of spacers for just a little more, would i be better off going this route?

http://store.fatbobsgarage.com/share...t=products.asp

or should i just get this spacer kit from them?

i guess im kinda looking for which one will have better ride qaulity.
they both say 2" lift so im guessing i will be able to put a 31" tire on either lift.

and im going to check my shocks and as long as they look good im not going to bother with them.
