I just bought a used 2011 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. I went to use the uConnect feature and I get the message "uConnect phone not available". I looked in my owner's manual and it would appear that if I am getting that message, my jeep did not come with uConnect. I am confused because it appears that my jeep came with quick order package 26x because I have the panoramic sunroof, touch screen radio, leather seats, dual automatic climate control, etc. However, I am not sure what quick order package my jeep has (if any).

So my questions are:

(1) how do I tell which quick order package my jeep has (assuming it has one)?
(2) my quick research into the quick order packages seem to indicate that ALL the extra-charge quick order packages for the 2011 Laredo 4x4 come with uConnect with bluetooth. Am I right?
(3) if my jeep didn't come with uConnect, is there a way to install that system now and is that expensive.
