Just lifted my AW4 ZJ 3.5" and I am getting vibration from the front end when I put it in gear and when I drive. I know its not suspention because if I put it in neutral it dosnt vibrate, only when its in gear. I droped my T-case about two inches with spacers and had it aligned and still the problem exists. Any ideas ?

If you have the u-joint type drive-shaft, check the u-joints for lubrication or wear, and grease the slip-yoke dust cap in the shaft. JMO

mine is the same way, I drove it a little without dropping the case and oh man bad vibe. i then lowered the case with the supplied pucks from RC and its better but not gone. I have the double cardon front shaft with new u-joints. I have a vibration all the time since the front shaft is always spinning, but it does feel like the front I can feel it on my side when driving.

I think I have a bad motor mount or maybe a trans mount causing my idle vibration, and yes it was aligned to get the axle straight. I needed to buy a offset balljoint and a adjusting sleeve. I bought the Jeep with a blown engine and I went thru most of it prior to driving it replacing some bad parts.
