very confusing problem

Default very confusing problem

i went out to the jeep its a 99 grand cherokee limited my windows wouldnt work blinkers wouldnt work and cluster wasnt working i keep driving and the gauges kicked in and all the windows except the drivers side was working blinkers still not working i disconnected the negative terminal for 10 mins and everything worked again i noticed the flasher getting hot for the blinkers it had an broken wire in it i replaced the flasher and everything has been good for about 2 years then the other day my blinkers and 4ways were working on and off and now they stopped working completely any ideas?

Try a new flasher maybe?

My regular Cherokee does that when the ignition key is not in the right spot. Usually, it is turned too far.
