Default Value of mint ZJ

Recent acquisition from original owner- NOT FOR SALE but just curious on value. I am keeping it to only use it on fishing ventures which i am hesitant to do as it is worthy of being a show vehicle.
1996 Limited
81k miles
One owner
All original
Owner kept records of every tank of gas up to 67k
Mint condition- I mean MINT- not a scratch, ding, zero rust. Vehicle looks like it is a year old. Head liner has a few small sags. One tiny wear spot on drivers seat.
Everything works except the power locks on driver and driver side passenger seat.
I have already had the windows tinted, ordered a bull bar and 3" lift.
I know it is an exceptional find but what would this thing sell for in the Jeep world?
NOT FOR SALE

If it means anything to you, there is an old woman near me that has a 2000 XJ with 46K miles on it that is for sale for $7000. It is in mint condition and has been maintained by the dealership and a good local mechanic. Her husband was overseas a lot and gave it to her as a winter lifeboat so she could get out in the snow better if he wasn't there. Now that he's passed, she wants to sell it and move in with her daughter and her family. I think it's worth every penny, but remember if you modify your ZJ, the value goes down except for a small list of buyers.

The only modification I plan on doing is the lift and may even change my mind on that although it is on its way.
I just got hosed after being rear ended and totaling a vehicle so am looking for realistic market value on this and will fight with the insurance company to prevent it from happening again.....
Boy I would jump on that Xj for $7k if it was around here. Not sure about rust on a NY vehicle but no sale on the roads here so no rust.

My late uncle was a life long successful international real estate appraiser. His favorite question he would get was "Whats this worth".
His answer was always
"It's worth whatever someone will pay for it"

Sorry. I actually thought that was helpful.
Whats the Kelly Blue Book value? That's what Judge Judy would give for it. And most dealers. If that.
Or you could see what an insurance company would give you for it if you totalled it.

Kelly RED book, which is the collision ratings book. That's why you don't get much value for a total. Basically, if it cost more than 1/2 of the Blue book value to fix it, it's not worth fixing because it has to be noted as a collision vehicle for resale in most states.
