Default Vacuum ?

Hey guys newbie with a question.2002 JGC 4.7 with the infamous no idle problem. Started checking vacuum hoses and when I unplugged this hose all issues were fixed. My question is where does this go ? The s.s tubing goes down to the frame rail and then disappears.

I believe it goes to the evap carbon canister which is just above the bottom of the panel behind the driver's side rear wheel. It's a beeoch to get to.

Thanks. Any idea why it would cause the stalling issue?

Maybe a plugged canister or hose?
