Hello i have 97 ZJ and lately the upper radiator hose while running looks as if someone sucked out all the air out of it... What could be the cause of this
Not 100% sure on it but if mine were doing this.. I'd swap the radiator cap first.
The cooling system is pressurized, if it's over pressurizing as it sounds might be the case it could be a faulty cap. Cheap enough to try..
