Question UPGRADE?

I have A 95 G. Cherokee with 5.2. I want to lift it about 3 to 4. dont do any major off roading. ok so if I do lift it do I HAVE to upgrade the axles, or what do I have to upgrade?

I have read that the stock cv front drive shaft I have will have vibrations with any lift kit I put on, is this true? Just wanting to make sure as I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get someone in town to fix this dang cv drive shaft

I didnt have vibes when I lifted mine and I have the cv front style driveshaft. Although I did break mine offroading but I used a little too much skinny pedal!

ive had a cv drive shaft on for about 2 years with my 3.5" lift, i wheel it pretty hard too, i dont have any problems

im at 3" with the CV shaft and it drives fine. but I will be replacing it for a u joint shaft whenever I get around to rebuilding and re gearing my front end as the CV shaft is a POS
