I just received a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my 16th and I have figured out how to make it honk, and turn the lights on when I lock it, but I would love to figure out how to make all of the doors unlock when I put it into park, if thats even possible. So I don't have my whole family yelling at me to let them out. Thank You So Much!

IDK about your '08, but my '00 has an overhead console or EVIC where you can program all the functions. Just run thru the menu and you should be able to set your lock's settings. My WJ had the locks set at about 5 mph and manual unlock when in park. I changed it to not lock or unlock except manually. I think in later years, all the doors lock when put in drive and won't unlock except from the driver's door. This is commonly referred to as the "Kidnap Feature". A passenger can't get out unless you allow it. IDK if this feature can be eliminated or not, but I personally don't like it.

I've been told all new cars will have collision avoidance braking installed soon. The government continues to intrude on our lives. They don't think the average driver is smart enough to drive properly. Don't EVEN get me started on this!
