Exclamation undiagnosed engine knock 4.0

Hey guys, new to the forum and jeeps for that matter. I have just purchased 00 Grand Cheroke Laredo with 167k miles. Has the 4.0 with 42re trans. Truck is rough but seems to be sound under the hood. Just recently I've noticed a knock coming from low on the motor on the drivers side. Im 99% sure its not a rod knock as it quiets down at higher rpm. I wanna say it's a lifter but I am not positive, any ideas? Experience? Any input is appreciated. I also changed the oil with Quaker conventional 10w30 and an stp filter. Since, it seems to be a tad louder when cold but quieter when warmed up.

The 4.0 is a pretty noisy engine to start with. Post a video and let's see how bad it is. I use 15w40 and a Wix filter, still have the normal noise, but I also have 220k on the engine.

The tick rattle and clatter its just normal operation for the 4.0
