Turn signals and flashers on 95 grand Cherokee PLEASE HELP.

My turn signals and flashers quit working. I have checked the fuse under the hood and replaced the relay thing and still nothing. The brake lite works. Are there separate bulbs for the turn signals. Is there another fuse box inside the car. I have a manual on the way but trying to figure this out. Please help.

Engine: 4.0L

There is another fuse panel inside the car. On some, it's behind the glove box. My 97 had it behind the passenger's kick panel under the dash. My WJ has it under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. The flasher is in that panel. I believe the fuse is also. If you've got amber turn signal lenses in the rear, there are separate bulbs.
