I have a 2005 CG (350 Hemi), and I'm sure I can do it, but just some resurance on the subject. My wife and I are moving down to Aiken SC from Myerstown PA. (12 HOURS). I would like to know if my jeep can tow her car (Dodge Neon) using a uhaul dolly? Thanks.

Do you have a tranny cooler located infront your radiator. Lil black rectangular thing?

Edit: misread your post and what you're driving. As long as you keep a decent pace and keep an eye on your temp I'm sure youll be fine,

No problem at all. I've used our '04 Grand cherokee w/the 4.7L V8 to tow several vehicles on our tow dolly from Tenn to Mich. and back. These included a Dodge mini van, Pontiac Fiero, a Honda, several Dodge Omni GLHTurbo's, Dodge Lancer turbo. The thing to remember was that our owners manual stated "Never use OD when towing". So we had to press the OD button every time we started it when we were towing. It never had any issues with overheating or braking, even in the Smokies. It came w/the heavy duty tow & cooling packages.
