Torque App and PID's for Jeeps?

1st post
I use the torque app to read codes and monitor live data via the obd2 adapter on my current (non jeep) vehicle.
I am looking at Grand Cherokee's to purchase (2002 - 2007)
There are extended codes available for most of the mfgs but I only see a few PIDS for jeep (Transmission temp)
Are there other apps available that use the elm obd2? Are there plugins for Jeeps?
Is there anything available like this aside from the professional $$$ subscription tools?
