I'm couious if anyone has put 245 60 16's on a stock jz. I mostly commute and do some light off road. I just want a little more tire.

 

I've got 245x70x16s on my '97 ZJ. I do have the factory Up-Country suspension though.

 

from what i've read thats only one inch. do they look like they have pleanty of room? I guess I'm asking would you try it if you had an inch less?

 

There's plenty of room, but I don't go off-road. They rub a little on the LCA when turned full lock.

 

I'm not sure a bb lift wold cure that. I may just go to 235's. That would about correct my speedo and keep things where the tranny will let me tow my bike in overdrive.
