I have read many folks say that you can run 31's in stock form on the stock wheels, with possible minor rubbing on LCA at full lock... just don't do that... and you don't have to worry about it... so you should be fine with 31's and 2" of lift..
Matter of fact... now that I think of it... I have two folks at work with ZJ's with 2" of lift and are running some pretty beefy 31's, with no issues... so you should be good to go..

Depends. Do you wheel? I have a 3" front and about 4" rear and 31s and mine rub quite a bit wheeling. On the road you will be fine.
