tire size stock wj
will 265/75R16 tires fit on my stock wj with no rubbing? or will l I need wheel spacers/offset rims and or a budget boost to fit these.

They will rub. A budget boost is the best and less expensive option, a GOOD set of wheel spacers will cost more. You should change the wheels too, it will make the whole package look and perform better.

Yeah, the factory optional tire size is 245/70R16's. They just about clear the fender liners without rubbing.
