as yall know i have a 05 WK lol and it has the stock radio nav combo head unit in it and i was wondering if it is at all possible to hook subwoofers up to the stock radio with it having the navigation and all that in it or do i need to dump it and get a new head unit? and also does anyone here know how to update the navigation in these things?

Can you hook a usb to the nav unit? What model number is it? Search google like so: "(model number without parenthesis) update how to"

Although it wouldn't surprise me if it can only be updated at a dealer.. greedy bastards want you to bring it there for every little thing.

EDIT: Also as for hooking subs into stock systems if you want to DIY you can probably just splice into the rear speaker wires. I've never tried it but it seems like it should work with some electrical knowledge. You can also splice into the remote wire at the Infinity amp remote wire if you'd like (and if you have the infinity amp).
