Strange Electrical Problem

Strange Electrical Problem
I have a 2001 Grand Cherokee Laredo with this new issue.
EVIC works and passes self test but, shows -- for the temp, and either --- or 0 for interactive updates like MPG, miles left etc. Trip OD and compass work fine.
Interior lights do not go out when start the Jeep.
Seat Belt Indicator stays on.
High Beam Indicator does not come on.
Ext Lights do not flash when locking/unlocking with fob as they did before.
and...Power Windows don't work, none with any control. This is the worst one.
I checked for a fuse under the dash and in engine, but I couldn't find a 25A fuse for the windows.
Any ideas?

Sounds to me like the Body Control Module. Maybe not, but that's my first guess.
