Probably not a wheel bearing.
Tail pipe?
Shake everything.

You make it sound as though you are certain it's coming from the differential? Are you sure about that? What type of brakes are on that? Take your wheels off and check all the brake components. If you have disc brakes check for an inboard pad that has a broken clip that holds it in place. Otherwise, start grabbing suspension components and make sure there is nothing loose.

tail pipe is loose but not hitting on anything it rattles a higher tone driving and not running and it rattles on its self and its disc brakes but everything in the brakes are tight all clips are there and a wheel bearing is bad and differential internals are great and everything is tight im stumped

Well you say it started after you installed shocks, try removing the shocks and take a short drive with no shocks and see if the noise is still there. Yes it will be a bit bouncy in the rear but you will be ok for a short drive over some 2x4 blocks or something else to simulate bumps.
