My 2000 dakota had the same problem...replaced the calipers, flushed the system and refilled with synthetic brake fluid. Seems that synthetic fluid doesn't have the problem with attracting moisture that regular fluid does. Am in the process of rebuilding brakes on my 93 zj...will use synthetic fluid for this as well.
