im new to jeeps and lifted vehicles in general. i want about 2 more inches of lift because my 32's scrub. can the 2 inch budget boost kit be used with an existing lift kit? im in the marine corps so im kinda limited on funds and work space, but im sure i could install these at a buddies house.

 

they aren't hard to put in at all
once you get the first one in you'll get the other ones in easily

sorry for the lack of details. its a 97 grand cherokee laredo. i was told it had a 4 inch lift, but unsure of the brand. im running 32x10.5s one mickey thompson wheels, not sure of offset. the rub on the already trimmed bumber. the rear doesnt sit quite as high as the front, but only scrubs while flexing. it also scrubs just before full lock while turning. i dont do any crazy trail riding, just the occasional mud hole.

 

I'd recommend adding proper bumpstops to limit the up-travel first. Increased height won't fix your problem, limiting the upward movement of the axles will.

 

I agree with FrankZ, adjust the bumpstops. Spacers will work with a lift, just add them to the springs. But with the added heighth you will need to check the other componets (control arms, track bar, brake lines, drive shaft angle) because getting the jeep higher will mean componets will have to be longer.
