Have you connected a code scan tool? Does it read anything or maybe not work at all?

Sometimes if the pcm has gone the code reader won't connect properly, so that would be a useful thing.
No power to the coil..that is interesting. Have you checked the socket of the ASD relay to see if it is energizing?

I’ve connected the live feel from the coil direct to the battery still no spark I’ve tested the new cam and crank sensors they are fine and the smell of fuel too so the injectors must be working although one strange thing happened when I disconnect the earth wires to the fuel and asd relays and connected them to the battery no spark but when i spliced them to the earth side of the coil the dash came back on wth the key out ?

I recommend downloading the factory service manual for about $7. there is a whole section on no start troubleshooting and how to proceed. You are just shooting in the dark there and you're going to end up ruining something. sorry cant be more help. Welcome to the forum.

Ok thanks anyway if I come across the issue I will let you know I’m running out of patience it’s been off the road for the past 8 months so short of paying out £800 for a new Ecu I will probably end up scraping it
