Some New Codes popped today

Some New Codes popped today
I drive a 99 WJ 4.7 v8 162k miles. On my way home from work (10 min interstate drive) my check engine light turned on at the first light I stopped at. Codes P1388, P0420, P0157 showed up. 1388 is ASD relay circuit, 0420 Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold, P0157 bank 2 sensor 2 low voltage. Just curious as i've never had these codes before, but if i just change the o2 sensor, would this fix the issue? Would one code pop these other 2? Any info back would be greatly appreciated.
