I ran into this issue after disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. The head lights flash, and when you start the jeep, it shuts down right away. To fix this, go to the rear hatch (tailgate) and use your key to Lock/Unlock the tailgate, and it will reset the security system and you will be able to use your jeep again.
