Default Slight white puffy smoke comming from engine bay when freezing outside

This may be a dumb question, but I just came home from work and I am noticing that there is a slight white puffy smoke comming off the engine bay when my 1995 JGC laredo (I6, 4L, EFI, Automatic, 164k miles) is running.

Is it normal when it is near or below freezing outside that a car/truck engine will put off some steam from collected condensation?

The temp gauge reads normal, the coolant level in the reserve is normal, all reads as it should. Maybe I'm just being paranoid when it comes to my newly acquired truck.

If you have a crack in the exhaust manifold than it could do the same as you see at the tip of your exhaust pipe. Just a guess though

Is the steam coming off of the hood or from under the hood?

the steam seemed to come from the engine under the hood near the front of the motor area. The puff was intermittent, every few seconds.

I tried to look for the puff today (cause it was a freezing day too) and didn't see it this time. I double checked all my fluids and they are at their proper levels. The truck was warmed up as it was before when it was doing this.

I see no dripping or puddles below the truck so this has me stumped.
