Hey guys my friend has a side marker light out on her ZJ. Shes not mechanically inclined at all so im helping her out. What kind of bulb is used for the side marker?

 

I think it's 194a. To remove the lamp assembly, open the hood and you should see a screw head facing up and there is another screw that is hard to see between the turn signal light assembly and marker light assembly.

 

Your gonna need a torx screwdriver to get to the screw between the lights on the outside. T25 i think

 

Mine's a philips, but who knows.

 

Yea they probably changed it from year to year or month to month

 

Yeah, what ever the monkey had on hand when he screwed stuff together.

 

Yes one of mine was torx the other phillips.. LOL
