I have a 97 grand cherokee and I perty much had everything check @ least I think & it still shuts off going down the road HELP HELP!!!

 

did you check the battery?

 

does your radio die and all your light start to dim? if so check your alternator

 

my 94 cherokee does the same thing but my lights and everything are fine and still has good cranking power

 

does it sound like its running out of gas or just dies with no signs?

 

alternators been replace tried high octane gas & gas treatment had a local mechanic put it on the diagnostic machine he only found that it neede an fuel pump and he replace that & a sensor still shuts off no warning
