While I was at it, i copied this.. might be useful.
The 1991-’98 cylinder head gaskets used on the 4.0L are a composition gasket. This gasket should be installed dry. Do not use sealing compound.
Install the cylinder head and bolts. The threads of bolt No. 11 must be coated with Loctite® 592 sealant before installation. Tighten the bolts in 3 steps, using the correct sequence:
1. Tighten all bolts to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm).
2. Tighten all bolts to 45 ft. lbs. (61 Nm).
3. Retighten all bolts to 45 ft. lbs. (61 Nm).
4. Tighten bolts 1 through 10 in sequence to 110 ft. lbs. (150 Nm).
5. Tighten bolt 11 to 100 ft. lbs. (136 Nm)
6. Tighten bolts 12 through 14 to 110 ft. lbs. (150 Nm)
(Rocker arm bolts to 21 ft/lbs)
NOTE: Cylinder head bolts should be reused only once. Replace the head bolts which were previously used or are marked with paint. If head bolts are to be reused, mark each head bolt with paint for future reference. Head bolts should be installed using sealer.

As well as you should use SAE 30 oil to lube the threads of the head bolts to get an accurate torque reading, just did my head twice on my 2001 4.0, first time for the head gasket, then once again when I pulled it back apart to replace the cam bearings due to poor oil pressure.

In regards to the Bolt 11 placement - it is in the diagram above, it is the front right bolt as you are facing the jeep.

Best manual I've seen is the dvd download at http://www.tradebit.com/G/manuals Tradebit.com $7.95 took about 10minutes to download and covers 93,94,and 95s. As good as any dealers' manual I've ever seen. I've not found anything this manual does not cover. I don't know how to make a link out of it so I'll put it at the end again.. .. Just saying,
