Default stalling/hard to start.

hi my jeep is a Grand Cherokee Laredo 98 4.0L L6.

I been having very bad stalling problems for almost 6 months now,
it happens more when i'm in traffic or going very slow almost at idle speed. and after that its very hard to start.
whe it stalls i have checked for fuel in the purge valve and get very little or only hot air.

this is what I have checked.
fuel presure is at 45psi while running
goes to almost 0 as soon as i turn it off. (5~10 psi)
i read that it is supposed to stay at or around 30 psi for a while. this is why it is hard to start. 1 probelm solved.
Also the sprak plugs have a lot of sut and they are new (1month)
checked th e signal from both crank and cam position sensor they are OK
pulses going in to the ignition coil.
TPS, MAP readajusted the IAC motor.

components changed

new ignition coil
new rotor
new distributor cap
new cables
new spark plugs
new fuel pump straner
new fuel pump motor.

HELP!!!! what else can be causing my stalling problem.
