Replaced crank sensor on 96 ZJ, still won't start.
Hey gents, I've spent the better part of the day today fighting with my wife's ZJ 5.2. It started having a problem of hard starting, and it shut off on her twice while driving. After a little bit of a research, it seemed to me like the crankshaft position sensor was going bad. I bought a new one off ebay, and just got it in today, but now I noticed it that it will now not start at all. It cranks and cranks and cranks but will not catch. My only other guess is the Camshaft Position sensor in the Rotor cap, but I am all out of ideas now. Anyone got an idea?
