hey how you all doing? I got a 96 grand 4.0 auto with a really rough up and down type of idle, I recently just got it running after finding a loose conecction on the cpu. I've replaced the crank shaft postion sensor, coil pick up, and check all fuses. my next idea is the MAP sensor. any ideas what could cause such a rough idle? oh one more thing when it reaches normal warm up temp the idle is not as bad as when it's cold.

 

how many starts from when you reconnected the cpu wire

 

ive started it atleast 6-7 times since it's been running again

 

ive heard after the cpu has been disconnected it kinda needs to recalibrate i wonder if this is the same thing
