r&r dash and caused electrical issues

r&r dash and caused electrical issues
I installed a new heater core in my 1998 grand cherokee and when i reassembled it my windshield wipers stay on and my left turn signal. When I turn on my flashers the airbag light blinks and my stereo works with no display. Sounds like a ground to me but i cant find one not hooked up. any ideas?
