The front axle is a low pinion D30 and 95 was a year with many changes so the rear axle could be a D35 or a D44a. There are more experienced ZJ people here that could tell you more. My first jeep was a 97 ZJ with the 4.0 and I'm quite familiar with it and now I have a 2000 WJ with a 4.0 that I've owned for 6 years.
