Quadra drive/trac II question

Quadra drive/trac II question
Would a quadra trac II with limited slip front and rear be better than a stock quadra drive? From what I have read online, the T-case is the same, so I am to believe that differences exist in the front and rear axle differential. Also, what limited slip would you recommend dana 30 front and dana 44 rear for a 2003 Laredo with 4.7 V8 Quadra trac II.
