quadra-drive
i just purchased a 2000 grand cherokee with quadra-drive seems to work all right but will not shift into 4 lo thought it was the cable it was not the lever on tc will not move at all are these noted for jamming up inside

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Put the transmission into neutral and see if you can pull it into lo range. The linkages tend to get stiff if never used.
